Senior Specialist Trade Marketing Motorcycle

Position Overview : As a key pillar of the Motorcycle strategy, the Trade Marketing Manager is a strategic role in the dynamic Motorcycle business. The main focus is on trade activation of the marketing plan to strengthen brand projects and facilitate communication between countries and regions within a new central marketing structure to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities :
* Market Activation : Develop and implement retail programs, support promotions, merchandising, POS materials, and training at the country level. Manage sell-out promotions and end-user activities to grow the retail channel.
* Motorsport Activation : Leverage Motorsport sponsorships by coordinating European countries and supporting marketing content creation and execution.
* Event Management : Manage event and brand activation projects from planning to execution, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
* Digital Marketing : Oversee digital marketing plans, including website and social media, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with third parties.
* Budget Management : Ensure efficient use of event budgets through detailed review and negotiation, maximizing ROI without compromising quality.
* PR Coordination : Manage PR activities and coordinate content sharing across departments and countries.
Principle Duties :
1. Retail Channel Activation : Support retail programs with promotions, merchandising, POS materials, and training. Ensure program deployment and guide countries on new tools usage.
2. Digital Marketing : Design and implement social media strategies, monitor website KPIs, and pursue year-over-year brand awareness growth.
3. PR Activities : Coordinate PR / ATL activities, select content for media, and share internally for alignment.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in marketing roles.
Knowledge & Skills : Marketing, motorcycle industry, digital marketing, communication, flexibility, result-oriented approach, presentation and writing skills, digital planning, event planning, ability to work virtually, excellent English, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
