MANUTENTORI TERMOIDRAULICI / FRIGORISTI
FOR FERRERO IN BELGIUM
The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining boilers, cogeneration engines, steam machines, compressed air systems, air conditioning units, and refrigerators.
The ideal candidate has a background in thermal plumbing systems, is skilled in corrective maintenance, and can independently diagnose and collaborate with external companies.
Required skills include analytical ability, practicality, precision, problem-solving, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and stress management. Teamwork skills are also essential.
The profile is complemented by a strong motivation to relocate and establish a professional and personal project abroad within a structured and international environment.
We offer a permanent contract directly with the client company, with appropriate salary and contractual terms based on the role and local cost of living.
The client company will cover the costs of a French language course, initial accommodation expenses, and agency support for finding independent housing.
Candidates will be supported throughout the selection process by dedicated personnel, and travel expenses for the selection process will be covered by the company. Experienced resource managers may be considered for a career path towards a Maintenance Manager role.
