Your Profile
* Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations
* A confident, hands-on leader who supports the team with a positive attitude
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable managing reservations, organizing events, and supporting in-house promotions
* Familiar with hospitality tech tools like POS systems, booking platforms, and basic reporting
* Able to support the kitchen team, with a basic understanding of food service and coordination
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus and helpful for daily operations
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events
Your Responsibilities
* Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detail
* Leading daily operations, including staff supervision and shift management
* Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for sports, music, and celebrations
* Coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth service
* Overseeing a menu of home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktails
* Managing bookings, events, and in-house promotions
* Monitoring the quality of service, food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectations
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
* Supporting stock control, ordering, and opening/closing procedures
