POSIZIONE: CLIENT ADVISOR (PART‑TIME 30H)
We are currently searching for a highly motivated Client Advisor with a strong passion to create an exclusive experience for our customers. We value results‑oriented people, eager to learn, always updated on fashion trends, and with a strong interest in our Brand and Products.
Responsabilità
Cliente
* Master the "Client Journey";
* Create emotion and desire in the client;
* Engage existing and potential clients according to the weekly plan defined by the store management;
* Provide the Valentino Couture service impeccably at every phase (pre‑sale preparation, welcome, customer exploration, product presentation, closing and goodbye);
* Focus on the development and loyalty of existing clients and on acquiring new clients;
* Engage the client in every sales opportunity – walk‑in, private appointments, telephone deliveries;
* Actively participate in partnership sales and the routine of OTO appointments.
Operazioni e Visual
* Manage all sales and post‑sales activities (returns in boutique, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints);
* Ensure proper maintenance of products and store replenishment;
* Know the inventory of all categories to guarantee shelf replenishment and maximize sales;
* Follow administrative and operational procedures;
* Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser in‑store to follow display guidelines; verify and report all relevant information to store management.
Requisiti
* Solid experience in retail;
* Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills;
* Fluent in English; a second language is preferable;
* Ability to work in a team with a proactive attitude;
* In‑depth knowledge of high‑level fashion;
* Adaptability to the changing needs of the company;
* Established network contacts in the luxury environment.
