Openjobmetis is seeking inbound call center operators for a client company.
Position
The resources will be responsible for the following activities:
1. Handling inbound calls from Verti clients and prospects related to remote insurance contract sales:
* Quotations;
* Modifying quotes;
* Providing informational services;
* Processing payments and issuing new business and renewal policies;
2. Customer assistance:
* Vehicle replacement;
* Appendices (including policy reactivations);
* Installment payments;
* Providing informational services;
* Other services related to the policy lifecycle.
* Documentation management:
o For policy issuance:
+ Managing documentation and information for policy issuance;
+ Managing payments;
* During the policy:
o Managing documentation for vehicle replacement;
o Managing documentation for other cases during the policy lifecycle.
Requirements
We require:
* Diploma;
* Background in insurance and sales;
* Excellent command of Italian;
* Proficiency with PC;
* Willingness to work overtime and rotate shifts;
* Good synthesis skills.
Additional Information
Contract offered is a fixed-term temporary agency contract with the possibility of extension and direct hiring.
