**About This Role**
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the position of Technology Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading technology support services teams, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing quality control procedures.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate the technology support services team.
* Familiar with Change and Configuration Management processes.
* Understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts (preferably ITIL Foundations v3 certification).
* Mentored and coached service provider onsite leads to be successful and develop the required skills.
* Monitor workflows, develop quality control procedures, and testing to deliver high-quality solutions to end users.
* Manage technology vendor relationships and service agreements for hardware, software, and applications.
* Communicate effectively to establish and maintain relationships with Corporate Functions, employees, and third parties.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite.
* Review of root cause of all incidents and use this information to identify Problem Management opportunities.
* Second point of contact for technical support team (First is internal).
