YOUR BACKGROUND
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, project management, or a related field
* Experience in financial modelling, budget analysis, and project feasibility assessments
* Strong verbal and written communicator
* Ability in working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
* Good time management and task prioritization
* Financial experience in tracking expenses and making budget reports
* Negotiation, business, and strategic view
* High level of motivation, positive attitude, team-oriented
* Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgeting, and scheduling
* English mandatory, German/French knowledge is a plus
* Understanding of biogas production processes/feedstock management
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
In close cooperation with the department manager, you are responsible for the following:
* Coordinating and overseeing project activities and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Managing the timeline and budget for the project
* Manage the permitting process, ensuring all necessary environmental, safety, and planning approvals are secured in a timely manner
* Effectively communicate project updates and milestones to internal and external team members.
* Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including permits, contracts, and agreements
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams, landowners, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with the company's strategic goals in renewable energy.
* Perform market research to identify new opportunities
* Tracking expenses and making budget reports
* Ensuring that projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Addressing and resolving issues arising during the project development process, identifying risks
