Global Growth Manager

This role offers the opportunity to drive global growth by securing strategic partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and optimizing regional sales to enhance customer success and market leadership.

The successful candidate will lead and manage strategic global accounts, ensuring strong relationships with key clients. They will negotiate and close high-value global agreements with key clients, overseeing product customization projects to meet specific client needs, coordinating with the Global Project Manager, R&D and production teams.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing strategic global accounts, ensuring strong relationships with key clients.
* Negotiating and closing high-value global agreements with key clients.
* Overseeing product customization projects to meet specific client needs, coordinating with the Global Project Manager, R&D and production teams.
* Coordinating and managing the whole sales process for key accounts, ensuring to achieve revenue and margin target with risk management sense.
* Establishing a network of global accounts and managing the accounts through a network of regional sales and service managers.
* Collaborating with the Branch Managers and Regional Sales Directors to optimize sales performance in individual markets.
* Developing and implementing account strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
* Multipurpose Roles (3)
* Monitoring market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.


To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the foodservice equipment industry. A proven track record of closing high-value global agreements with major accounts is also essential. Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate a team across different regions are required. Additionally, project management expertise, especially in handling product customization requests, is necessary. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities at an executive level are also required. Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute account growth plans, is a must. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally is also required.
