We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives alongside our Production and Engineering departments. Your core duties will involve:
* Analyze process and product defect data, identifying critical areas and promoting targeted corrective actions.
* Investigate the causes of customer complaints and formalize internal and supplier non-conformities, collaborating with the Customer Quality team.
* Work on quality plans and actively participate in the development sessions of new projects/products, proposing improvement solutions.
* Support the Quality Manager in product validation/homologation, coordinating laboratory tests, sampling, and FAI activities, interfacing directly with customers.
* Manage the calibration and periodic verification of all company measuring equipment.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering and/or Technical Diploma.
* At least 3-4 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance, preferably in Automotive contexts.
* In-depth knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Problem Solving techniques).
* Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards (knowledge of EN 9100 will be considered a plus).
* Preferable knowledge of the EASA standard.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Strong aptitude for problem-solving, data analysis skills, and excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
