Job Responsability
Research, creation and development of moodboards
Support in the development of collections in line with stylistic guidelines
Support in selecting materials and product components (fabrics and accessories)
Garment fitting and defect analysis/correction
Monitoring collection progress according to predefined timelines
Styling for lookbooks
Support in creating technical sheets/presentation materials for the Commercial Department
Requirements
Degree in Fashion Design and previous 2-year experience as a Fashion Designer, specifically in the Menswear sector
Knowledge of the fundamentals of men’s pattern‑making
Good freehand drawing skills and excellent knowledge of digital graphic tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and both Mac and Windows environments
Strong passion and motivation for the Menswear world
Excellent command of both English and Italian
Availability, proactiveness, and strong creative skills
Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
