Your mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication
* You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries
* You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on product usage
* You identify potential obstacles in the onboarding process and work to eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues
* You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients
* You help to improve our products and processes through close customer contact
Your profile
* At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects
* Structured, organized work style, even under stress, managing multiple tasks
* Confident communication at C-level, even in tense situations
* Willingness to travel to clients
* Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not mandatory
