Experteer Overview In this role you function as an extension of the Finance Manager, guiding financial actions to align with the business group strategy. You oversee accounting, reporting, treasury and controlling activities, and collaborate closely with the Centre of Scale and CLF Finance. You lead month-end closings, financial reviews, and ensure tax compliance and internal/external audits. You drive process improvements and support change across the finance organization, contributing to accurate financials and regulatory adherence.

* Oversee interfaces and drive changes within finance
* Manage accounting, reporting, treasury and controlling in collaboration with Finance Manager and Centre of Scale
* Oversee Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment and Accounts Receivable with Center of Scale
* Perform monthly closing and business review of P&L and Balance Sheet with Finance Manager, Center of Scale and CLF Finance
* Perform monthly controlling and reporting in collaboration with Finance Manager, Center of Scale and CLF Finance
* Ensure local tax and statutory compliance
* Support internal and external audits incl. Centre of Scale
