Associate legal product counsel - milan

As Associate Product Counsel at Satispay, you will guide legal strategy for new products and features, balancing innovation with regulatory compliance. You'll partner with Product, Tech, Strategy, Marketing, and Compliance to enable safe, compliant growth across the platform. You'll draft customer-facing terms and manage complex regulatory issues affecting B2C and B2B offerings. This role combines advisory impact with hands‑on product collaboration in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

• Strategic product counseling across the lifecycle from ideation to market launch
• Drafting terms of service, promotional program rules, and other customer‑facing docs
• Regulatory and legal analysis ensuring alignment with consumer and regulatory requirements
• Managing relationships with regulatory authorities
• Providing expert advice on financial and consumer law related to B2C and B2B expansion
• Partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative legal solutions while balancing risk

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience advising on technology, consumer, commercial law in Tech, Fintech or Insurance
• Experience with payment schemes, wallet architectures, and scaling digital financial products across Europe
• Previous in‑house experience in a tech/fintech legal department is a plus
• Strategic and risk‑based mindset with ability to align regulatory needs with business objectives
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior management
• Fluency in English and Italian
