Job Description:
At the St. Regis Rome, we are looking for an Event Sales & Operations Trainee.
The candidate, with a strong interest in the hospitality industry and especially in the Events sector, will support the event sales team in activities such as:
* Phone and email contact with potential clients to handle inquiries regarding events to be held in-house
* Client assistance and support with event planning
* Informing clients about the various organization possibilities offered by the facility
* Preparing offers for Italian and foreign groups, conferences, events, and individual guests
* Using information systems specific to event management
* Following up on sent offers (availability of rooms/meeting rooms, spaces for lunches, dinners, events)
* Supporting all stages of organization, from client requests to the formulation of economic offers, contract preparation, and deposit checks
* Assisting in site inspections with clients
Required: Proficient English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
