The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for early-career talent.

Who You’ll become

A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is a subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge during the sales cycle. They support deals by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations to showcase SAP’s value. They also participate in marketing events, lead Design Thinking sessions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities within existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

As a Solution Advisor in the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will:

* Complete a 10-month program that prepares you for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
* Engage in experiential learning with colleagues worldwide, acquiring business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies.
* Receive on-the-job training under senior mentors, gaining real-world experience to guide customers through their Digital Transformation journey.

The program will deepen your SAP knowledge and provide professional experience to serve customers. From day one, you will have full-time employment with practical learning opportunities. Upon successful completion, you will lead customer discovery sessions, conduct surveys to identify business challenges, deliver impactful software demonstrations, support demand generation through marketing events, and assist in deal execution by responding to RFPs.

Solution areas include:

* SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S) — Knowledge in accounting, procurement, supplier management, focusing on visibility, cost reduction, and efficiency.
* SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) — Knowledge in HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience, HR analytics, workforce planning, and sales performance.
* SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) — Knowledge in supply chain, asset management, manufacturing, logistics, or product lifecycle management.
* SAP Customer Experience (CX) — Knowledge of e-commerce, sales, customer service, and marketing processes.
* SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) — Knowledge in business process management and automation applications.
* SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) & SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) — Knowledge in databases, analytics, application development, integration, AI, and security technologies.

What You Bring

* 2-3 years of professional experience with a solid foundation in technical and business processes, relevant technologies, and customer-facing skills.
* Technical and business process knowledge, with strong problem-solving skills to support solution delivery and operational efficiency.
* Collaborative approach to working internally and externally.
* Quick learner, adaptable to change, and able to apply knowledge effectively.
* Understanding of AI fundamentals, applications, and ethics for business problem-solving.
* Resilient mindset, optimistic, and growth-oriented.
* Strong business acumen with knowledge of business processes and industries.
* Proficiency in English and Italian for effective communication within our global and local networks.

Our hybrid work setup typically involves three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners. Participants will spend 4-6 weeks in San Ramon, California, for immersive hands-on learning and networking, scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Final details will be confirmed then, with advance notice for preparations. During critical phases, full engagement is required, and vacations may not be approved.
