You will work closely with local leadership and the global HR team to build and nurture a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pollibHR Setup Compliance /b: Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Italian labor law and Group standards. Lead payroll setup and administration, coordinating with external providers and internal finance teams. /lilibTalent Acquisition Onboarding /b: Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles (frontline to senior management) in collaboration with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. Create and deliver a seamless, structured onboarding experience for new hires. /lilibPerformance Development /b: Implement performance management systems and individual development plans. Coordinate with global LD teams to bring learning programs to the local team. /lilibEmployee Engagement Culture /b: Champion engagement and inclusion initiatives that reflect the company's values of Respect, Empowerment, and Excellence. Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers and employees, promoting transparency and accountability. /lilibOperational HR Support /b: Provide daily HR support including employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
