About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative Medical to grow Stryker’s Medical portfolio across a key territory in Southern Italy. You will promote and sell our Sage and Acute Care solutions, supporting hospitals with products that improve patient safety, workflow efficiency and care outcomes.
Product Lines:
1. Sage – patient hygiene, skin care, pressure injury prevention
2. Acute Care – beds, stretchers, surfaces, transport and patient-handling solutions
This is a direct-sales role with strong field presence, customer engagement and full ownership of your territory.
What You Will Do
3. Drive sales growth through constant customer contact and targeted acquisition.
4. Develop and execute quarterly and annual business plans.
5. Manage contracts, pricing, tenders and quotes in alignment with the RSM and PM.
6. Support customers with demos, training sessions, trade shows and events.
7. Maintain accurate CRM reporting and follow compliance standards.
8. Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders at all levels.
What We Are Looking For
9. Scientific degree or medical/scientific professional training.
10. 2+ years of work experience (Medical Device experience preferred).
11. Experience with tenders and understanding of hospital structures.
12. Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy and ability to manage a large territory.
13. Comfort with long sales cycles and building business over time.
