How You’ll Make an Impact Define and lead, in accordance with the agreed baseline, the requested tasks to achieve technical project goals on site. Handle the technical and economic aspects of the project with the support of the Project Manager and Project Controller. Enable, if necessary, the level of customer concern appropriate in order to solve critical aspects. Interface with all business involved in the project. Preparation and management of EHS aspects for construction site entrances. What You Bring 7 years of work experience in a similar role with specific knowledge of High-Medium Voltage, especially Electrical Substations (CEI 11-27). Proficiency in using project management tools to streamline processes. Strong command of written and spoken English and Italian. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with team members, customers, clients, and suppliers. Skilled in negotiation, ensuring project objectives align with customer expectations and resolving conflicts. Adaptable to various plants and site environments, demonstrating empathy and interpersonal skills to lead diverse personalities.
