Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project execution. /li libProcess Engineering Continuous Improvement /b: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization complying with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Lead Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Standardize best practices across sites and ensure scalability of solutions. /li libAutomation Smart Factory /b: Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and flexibility. Evaluate and integrate Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and data analytics, into manufacturing processes. Partner with IT and digital transformation teams to support smart factory initiatives. /li libMaintenance Strategy /b: Oversee the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Support reliability engineering initiatives to improve equipment uptime and performance. Drive digitalization of maintenance processes through CMMS and data‑driven tools. /li libLeadership Collaboration /b: Manage and develop a team made by engineers and technical specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
