If you share it, JOIN US_ We are looking for a professional willing to join our Project Controlling department. You will sustain the Company’s financial Accounting by preparing reports and controlling activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and in line with the best practices. You will work with the Project Control Manager and the Project Control Team in controlling the projects, envisioning and promptly suggesting corrective and improving actions in line with corporate procedures and working instructions. Moreover, you will be involved in the following activities: - Support the Project Manager and other functions as a business partner; - Prepare together with the Project Manager, for new projects, the setting of Cost Control System: Order Intake, Project Work Breakdown Structure, Execution Budget; - Prepare and Present Project Control Reports together with Project Manager to Management, following Project Review Cycle and ensuring deadlines are met; - Check the progress of financials of the projects (in terms of actual and committed costs) and, based on the physical progress status of the job and considering the updated time schedule to completion, the risk and opportunities, the technical performance aspects of the project; - Prepare with the Project Manager the best estimation to complete about costs, billing, cash-in, guarantees, hedges; - Control and have at all times full knowledge of all financial movements within the project scope, ensuring they are correctly and accurately reported; - Enter and maintain project budgets/forecasts/actuals in ERP system; - In case of Multi-BU projects, coordinate with other Project Controllers to build the consolidate View; - Update the Project lifespan Forecast, on a quarterly basis, together with the Project Manager, and interact with the controlling area for budget and quarterly forecast preparation. Required profile: - Master’s Degree in: Management Engineering or Economy fields; - Proven minimum 7/10 years of experience as Project Controller with a particular focus (Contract works) in large heavy industrial or Oil & Gas or Infrastructure EPC contracting with an international company is a must; - Fluent English (writing and speaking) is mandatory, moreover knowledge of German language (writing and speaking) will be considered a plus; - Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); - SAP Knowledge; - Willingness to travel, also on site - Proactive, committed and solution/results driven; - Autonomous and Organizational Skills/Time Management; - Ability to adapt and manage change.
