The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing housekeeping operations, supervising staff, and maintaining brand standards. Strong knowledge of property management systems and housekeeping software is essential for this role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Organize daily housekeeping operations based on occupancy and service needs
- Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure quality and efficiency
- Monitor room readiness and cleanliness standards across all areas
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for timely interventions
- Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels
Knowledge: Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and quality standards
Skill: Familiarity with property management systems and housekeeping software
Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
