For a long-term project with a major automotive OEM, we are looking for an Automotive Software / Cybersecurity Engineer to join the development of a new vehicle platform from early design stages through production. The candidate will have the chance to work on the new OEM platform from its conception, up to the commercialization, by contributing to the Cybersecurity system architecture and requirements definition in collaboration with the HW supplier and the SW house.
We are looking for a bright and proactive engineer with automotive knowledge and an interest in cybersecurity topics applied to embedded systems and vehicle platforms.
Main Activities
Support cybersecurity-related activities for embedded automotive systems
Collaborate on system and software requirements definition
Contribute to Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) activities
Interface with software teams and hardware suppliers
Support the integration of security concepts within the vehicle architecture
Participate in discussions related to secure communication and diagnostics
Requirements
Experience in automotive embedded systems or automotive software development
Understanding of automotive cybersecurity concepts and principles
Familiarity with automotive communication networks and protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, UDS)
Understanding of embedded systems architecture
Knowledge of C/C++ fundamentals
Interest in cybersecurity topics such as secure boot, secure storage, authentication, or cryptography
Previous exposure to TARA activities is considered a plus
Experience with embedded security technologies (e.G. HSM, OP-TEE) is a plus
Languages:
Good communication skills in English, written and spoken.
Italian level C1 is mandatory

Remote working with part-time onsite presence in Turin (Torino).
