Ph3Job Summary /h3pWe’re expanding our Technical Insulation industrial segment across Europe and are seeking a Technical Application Manager to strengthen technical excellence, market insight and commercial impact. In this newly created role, you will translate customer needs into tailored, compliant Promat solutions, supporting them throughout the full project lifecycle. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliSupport customers in the design, specification, and application of Promat high‑temperature insulation systems. /liliTranslate customer challenges and regulatory requirements into practical, compliant, and high‑performing solutions. /liliProvide technical guidance across the full project lifecycle, including design reviews, documentation, installation support, and after‑sales assistance. /liliEvaluate product suitability, compliance with standards, and associated risks to ensure safe and correct implementation. /liliManage multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity and technical requirements. /liliCollaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Management, RD, Workshop Engineers, and external testing/certification bodies. /liliDeliver technical training, documentation, and clear explanations to internal and external stakeholders. /liliProvide market insights and customer feedback to support innovation and product development. /li /ulh3What you’ll bring /h3ulliStrong foundation in refractory engineering, ceramics, thermal dynamics, or related technical fields. /liliProven experience in refractory industries, or other high‑temperature industrial processes. /liliApplication knowledge in fire protection, thermal insulation. /liliAbility to understand customer needs and translate them into effective system designs. /liliConfident communicator capable of delivering clear technical explanations, documentation, and training. /liliSolution‑oriented mindset with strong decision‑making and analytical skills. /liliProactive and commercially savvy with a competitive drive. /liliStrong ability to identify market trends and convert them into opportunities. /liliComfortable working independently in a remote setup and managing multiple priorities. /liliWillingness to travel (50%). /liliFluent English is a must; additional European languages are a plus. /liliCommitment to equal opportunities and zero tolerance towards discrimination. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
