ABB E-mobility is looking for a QMS Manager to own and evolve our global Quality Management System - ensuring consistent performance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across the entire organization.

Your Responsibilities
Govern and continuously improve the QMS, ensuring alignment with ABB global procedures and ISO-based standards
Maintain QMS documentation, including process landscape, policies, procedures, templates, and document control
Promote risk-based thinking and ensure compliance with ISO **** and other relevant standards.
Lead the internal audit program and coordinate external audits, ensuring readiness and timely closure of findings
Oversee nonconformance and CAPA processes, ensuring containment, solid root-cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions
Drive Management Reviews, consolidate performance insights, and monitor QMS KPIs
Improve QMS systems, workflows, and data quality to support effective reporting
Deliver QMS training and awareness programs, coaching teams and process owners
Act as the central interface for QMS topics across sites and functions, collaborating with Quality, Operations, Engineering/R&D;, Supply Chain, HSE, and Project teams
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, or comparable technical field
5+ years of experience in QMS roles within industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments
Strong practical knowledge of ISO ****:****; familiarity with ISO *********** is a plus
Experience leading internal/external audits and managing NC/CAPA processes
Auditor certification preferred
Availability to travel *****%
