With exposure to the entire retail business, you will work to optimize sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and growth. /p h3Main activities: /h3 ul liWorks on strategically identified, cutting-edge data science use cases that cover the entire sales journey. /li liUse of advanced analytics methods to extract insights from business data. /li liPerforms analysis and builds data-driven models to answer business questions and needs. /li liCreate hypotheses and experiments to identify hidden relationships to direct new Sales strategies. /li liDevelops visualizations and presentations to influence key stakeholders in implementing key recommendations from data science initiatives. /li liDevelops machine learning models with the aim to facilitate Sales processes. /li liCollaborate with other team members across Marketing/CRM, IT, Reporting Analytics to build shared data products, dashboards and advanced analysis. /li /ul h3What you'll need /h3 ul liDegree in quantitative fields like Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing and Engineering. /li li3/4 years of experience in data science projects, preferably with experience in time series forecasting, optimization and classical machine learning problems. /li liPrevious exposure to large language models or data governance/quality tools and techniques is considered a plus. /li liAble to work in synergy with external resources, helping in the development of models and analysis. /li liOpen minded to change and always seek to improve your way of working, knowledge and attitude. /li liA self-starter approach with the confidence to look beyond the “here and now” for the “what could be”. /li liHave a strong inclination to data analysis combined with same attention to business impacts. /li liExcellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas). /li liProficient with SQL, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, or Pytorch. /li liWorking experience with PowerBI and GCP tools for data science. /li liWorking knowledge of code versioning and testing. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
