Inventive Search is currently looking to recruit an experienced AV Practise Lead to join our clients very well established and highly successful team on a full time basis based in London. You will be working in a wide range of business sectors and countries, this process starts with being able to interpret the companies clients’ requirements before producing detailed bespoke costed designs. You will oversee the final implementation of the solution and hand-over to the client. You’ll be working in co-ordination with other practices within the business to bring together the latest technologies available to create bespoke, holistic solutions to suit the client’s needs. Key Responsibilities: - Create a pre-sales collateral covering leading edge AV solutions currently in the marketplace; - Creating high-level AV designs tailored for the client’s needs; - Working collaboratively with pre-sales consultants & account managers to produce client proposals, Bill of Materials, budgeted estimations & other supporting documentation such as elevations & schematics etc; - Prepare all AV related documentation ready for the procurement, delivery & transition into the business’s support function support; - Where required attend client site meetings during the delivery & hand over phases; - Provide input into technology strategy for future AV solutions; - Provide a point of technical escalation for the service desk on AV tickets. Skills & Experience - Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Audio-Visual Designer demonstrating the ability to provide high quality bespoke AV solutions which are supported by detailed comprehensive documentation; - Visual solutions in the marketplace; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio & Autodesk’s AutoCAD LT; - A working knowledge of Stardraw would also be an advantage; - Be CTS D Certified or be in process of gaining the accreditation or equivalent experience; - Have a strong interest in the opportunities presented by technology convergence and building infrastructure; - Be Self-motivating with strong interpersonal skills and strong reasoning; - Have the ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team; - Have a strong attention to detail; - Ability to work on a multiple of work streams simultaneously.
