We are looking for a Quality Business Processes, Tools & KPI Manager to join our Customer Care Strategy division within the Quality & Procurement Department.
The role is based at #Nuvola, our HQ in Turin, and is responsible for managing the Data Analysts team, transforming data into reliable and actionable insights to drive strategic and operational decisions across the Quality and Customer Care divisions, while ensuring data quality, KPI consistency, and governance. This role is also key in connecting IT, Business, and Data Governance, through close collaboration with Data Owners, Data Stewards, IT, and Compliance.
Responsibilities
* Defines, engineers, and re-engineers KPIs, performance metrics, and standard calculation methodologies
* Ensures data quality, data traceability and lineage, and clear data ownership
* Translates data into operational insights, supporting the business in strategic decision‑making, prioritization of interventions, and performance monitoring
* Manages escalations related to anomalies, inconsistencies, and delays in data
* Oversees trend analysis, root cause analysis, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing projects and processes with a strong analytical focus
* Solid experience in a complex and multi‑stakeholder context
* Advanced knowledge of KPI Design, data modelling techniques, and business processes
