You will be responsible for designing and delivering professional technical and service training for customers and internal technicians, enhancing product application capabilities and after-sales service standards to build a professional brand image. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliPlan and implement a comprehensive training system covering basic, intermediate, and advanced levels for technical teams of distributors and end customers, including standardized operation procedures, maintenance processes, and a tiered skill development system for new products and technologies. /liliDevelop, update, and localize (IT/EN) technical training curricula, manuals, hands-on guides, and assessment standards. /liliManage and maintain training room equipment, teaching aids, and demonstration units to ensure a professional and safe training environment. /liliCollect and analyze training feedback and field technical issues to continuously improve courses and provide input to product and RD teams. /liliSupport on-site technical demonstrations and explanations at major exhibitions or customer events. /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related technical field. /lilistrongMandatory /strong: Minimum 2 years of experience in strongtechnical service, maintenance, or training within the construction machinery industry /strong, with in-depth knowledge of hydraulic and electronic control systems. /liliExcellent public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively impart complex technical content to trainees of varying backgrounds. /liliStrong instructional design and training material development skills, proficient in Office suites and multimedia tools for courseware creation. /liliNative or fluent Italian.
