 
        Ph3Overview /h3 pAs a function in the Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) division within Pfizer Integrated Insights Strategy, this role plays a critical part in enabling Pfizer's commercial brand strategy by partnering with commercial and cross-functional leaders to activate data-driven problem solving that the business can execute to drive impact and unlock value. /p pThe IIS Specialist will be responsible for working within one business unit to support data-driven decision-making through the creation and maintenance of an analytics ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, business performance management reporting and visualization, resource optimization analytics, sub-national / account-level opportunity mapping analytics, and innovation in partnership with the brands on strategic analytical priorities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbMarket and Brand Analytics /b /p ul liSupport and execution of analytics reporting including secondary data analysis, advanced analytics / data science, and modeling /li liSupport and execution of customer analytics, segmentation and targeting, promotional resource allocation, field force sizing, omnichannel analysis, etc. /li liSeek continuous improvement including identification of new capabilities and/or data to maximize Pfizer's competitive advantage /li /ul pbPerformance Management / Forecasting / Operating Plan Support /b /p ul liMonitor portfolio performance and deliver accurate and effective performance measurement solutions that are built and maintained /li liMonitor the external marketplace / competitive landscape and ensure clear insights are driving commercial decisions /li liSupport data modeling and forecasting needs including for LRF and operating plans /li /ul pbPMR Management /b /p ul liSupport PMR execution and identify opportunities to elevate PMR data to enrich secondary analytics and/or execute innovative uses of existing data /li liAccountable for meeting compliance and corporate SOP obligations of primary market research as relevant /li /ul pbCross Functional Collaboration Capability Creation /b /p ul liFacilitate best practice sharing and knowledge management across Italy and IDM /li liEnroll and interact with commercial counterparts to utilize the correct analytical tools /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelors degree required; preferred in a quantitative discipline /li liFluency in Italian and English /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMultidisciplinary experience with a preference for exposure to business analytics / finance / marketing / engineering or other quantitative fields /li liKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in Italy including relevant data sources required to understand and generate insights about the market /li liExperience across GCA capabilities including data analytics, primary and secondary market research, data reporting visualization and forecasting / modeling; specific experience in Dataiku / DSS, Tableau, Power BI are highly desired; SQL helpful /li liFamiliarity with artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI / ML) and data science approaches /li liAptitude for translating insights and analytics into actions and business decisions via storytelling /li liDemonstrated business acumen ideally in pharma industry or healthcare /li liDemonstrated project management skills /li liVendor management (e.g., PMR suppliers, Data vendors) /li /ul h3Work Location /h3 pItaly, Rome (Hybrid) /p h3Purpose /h3 pBreakthroughs that change patients’ lives...
