Italian Speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon!
We are seeking motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building a career abroad in a multicultural environment.
You will be part of an international team working on a home appliances project (brand undisclosed), providing support and solutions to customers via phone, email, and live chat. Whether you have prior customer service experience or are just starting your career, we welcome your application — as long as you speak fluent Italian and have at least B2 English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality assistance to customers in Italian, answering questions and solving inquiries related to home appliances.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat communications with professionalism and empathy.
- Document and track customer interactions using company systems.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear guidance for resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate support.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (native or near-native level)
- B2 level English or higher (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
- Adaptability and openness to working in a multicultural environment
