Overview The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring reliable IT operations and effective service delivery in the Sintersud location, aligned with the organization\'s core values and IT strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support Global IT Services within Hyperion focus by operating within the organization\'s core values and operating principles, providing real-time technical support and analysis for internal and external business users. Ensure the smooth running of IT operations in the field, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity. Proactively work with all roles on the team to provide support as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues. Solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify potential solutions. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise relative to products, systems, programs, and business processes. Identify and address user problems, perform follow-up with users to guide and implement recommended solutions. Manage crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
