Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the e-commerce team, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will support Woolrich's digital marketing activities across the entire EMEA market, collaborating both with the e-commerce team and cross-functionally with various company departments, including Marketing, Social Media, and CRM. The role objective will be to manage the planning, execution, management, and optimization of digital marketing advertising campaigns.Key Responsibilities Define target audiences and coordinate the development of creative assetsOptimize campaigns throughout the entire funnel (awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion/ROAS)Plan and optimize initiatives aimed at acquiring qualified traffic to the e-commerce websiteMonitor performance and identify any critical issues, defining corrective actions when necessaryAnalyze and report campaign performance, monitoring budgets and results by countryMonitor market trends, new techniques, and digital advertising best practices Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or EconomicsAt least 2–3 years of experience in a similar roleProven knowledge of Google Ads, Business Manager, Criteo, Google Analytics 4, TikTok, Pinterest, and Tradedoubler AffiliationKnowledge of the Impact affiliate marketing platformKnowledge of SEO optimization principlesKnowledge of data visualization and reporting tools, such as Looker StudioExcellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPointExcellent command of the English languageResults-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities and projectsGood communication skills and a team-oriented attitude in dynamic environments This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €40,000, plus a range of company benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
