Principal Responsibilities
* Provide navigation and functional support to users interacting with the JAGGAER platform.
* Troubleshoot issues and gather all relevant information from users to support issue analysis.
* Manage external and internal communication effectively.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team.
Position Requirements
* Native Italian speaker
* Advanced English (mandatory); additional advanced language skills are a plus (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, Chinese, etc.).
* Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
* Openness to change and strong adaptability.
* Advanced communication skills.
* Based in the Milan city area.
* At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position (customer care, end user assistance, etc.).
* Advanced digital skills and experience (Outlook, Office, CRM systems).
* A university degree will be considered a strong plus.
* 1-year fixed-term contract with the intention of confirmation.
