This key role within our commercial team involves managing dealer relationships, achieving sales targets, and enhancing our brand presence in-market. /ppThe Sales Business Manager will combine territory sales management, dealer support, and network development planning—ideal for someone with strong commercial instincts and deep industry knowledge. /ph3Duties Responsibilities /h3ullibDealer Network Development /b /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with new dealers to drive performance and engagement. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve dealer capabilities, standards, and customer experience. /liliAssess gaps in network coverage and support onboarding new partners. /liliSupport dealer appointments, terminations, upgrades, and compliance with brand standards. /liliCollaborate with marketing and aftersales for holistic dealer development. /li /ulullibSales Performance /b /liliAchieve retail and wholesale targets for motorcycles, accessories, and services in the region. /liliPlan and execute sales activities and promotional campaigns with dealers. /liliMonitor sales KPIs and pipeline activity, providing guidance and corrective actions. /liliSupport new model launches and dealer readiness (training, POS, demo fleet, etc). /li /ulullibMarket Operational Insight /b /liliProvide market insights on trends, competitors, and risks. /liliContribute to sales forecasting, demand planning, and customer targeting. /liliSupport regional events, demo days, and ride-outs. /li /ulh3Personal Specification /h3ulli8+ years in sales, territory, or account management, preferably in motorcycle, powersports, or automotive sectors. /liliDealer network experience is highly desirable. /liliKnowledge of retail sales processes, wholesale terms, and network development. /liliTarget-driven, commercially savvy, and confident in performance management. /liliStrong interpersonal and influencing skills. /liliAnalytical, structured, and data-driven. /liliResilient, self-motivated, adaptable to field environments. /liliFull motorcycle license preferred. /liliWilling to travel extensively within the region, with occasional overnight stays. /liliFlexible to attend weekend or evening events as needed. /li /ulpWe prioritize taking care of our team and continually improving our rewards in line with business growth. /ppJoin us and see for yourself! /ppbNote: /b We do not accept agency applications. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
