The scope is to enhance sellable yield and value recovery for return and reject products. You will own Cost of doing business goals by reducing financial losses from reverse leg returns rejects. /p pAmazon’s vision is to be “earth’s most customer centric company” and the PM will be: /p ul liAssuming end to end ownership for metrics and program initiatives of sellable yield and associated PL impact. /li liIdentifying opportunities, defining solutions, getting leadership buy in, prioritization of resources for the identified programs. /li liLead new programs to improve value recovery funnel for customer returns/rejects. /li liWorking with multiple teams including Supply Chain, Category, CS, Transportation, Finance and the FCs, and Tech to run the programs. /li liDesign and implement customer‑centric solutions to drive sustainable operations. /li liDeliver through influencing other teams to change, through the use of quantitative and qualitative data provided to stakeholders with often conflicting KPIs. /li /ul pKey traits required for the role: /p ul liEntrepreneurial spirit to identify and kick‑start new program. /li liCustomer obsessed. /li liExtensive stakeholder management and relationship building. /li liCompelling written and oral communication skills. /li liEnthusiastic about solving complex problems. /li liComfortable operating in fast‑paced environment. /li liA data based decision maker and comfortable in operating large complex dataset for insight generation. /li liWillingness to roll up sleeves and take care of emerging operational issues. /li /ul pThis role is a fixed 12‑month contract and will be based out of Cairo (EGY) office. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of program or project management experience. /li li3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams experience. /li li3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience. /li liBachelor's degree. /li liKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL. /li liExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience. /li li3+ years of driving process improvements experience. /li liExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization. /li liExperience building processes, project management, and schedules. /li /ul pAmazons inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
