This role will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning to launch and post-implementation. /p pThe ideal candidate will have the opportunity to evolve into the role and be responsible for the future development and evolution of the application once it has been launched. /p pWe are looking for someone who have proven experience in managing complex mobile application development projects and a strong understanding of the dynamics of the luxury industry. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Before /h3 ul liDefine the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the different project release phases in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (IT, CRM, Marketing, Retail, Client Service) and external vendors. /li liDevelop a detailed project plan, including timelines and internal and external resources, using Agile methodology. /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams, including internal and external developers, UX/UI designers, QA specialists, etc. /li liMonitor project progress against the plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. /li liEnsure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet both functional and non-functional requirements. /li liManage relationships with external vendors, ensuring their performance aligns with contractual agreements and project timelines. /li liOversee testing phases (UAT, performance testing, security testing) to ensure the robustness and reliability of the application. /li liMonitor application performance after launch, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement. /li /ul h3After /h3 ul liLead the evolution strategy of the mobile app, aligning it with business objectives and IT architectural guidelines. /li liDevelop and manage the product roadmap for the app in close collaboration with the Digital team, following Agile methodology. /li liLead a dedicated mobile app development team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. /li liMonitor emerging technologies and industry best practices. /li liAct as the internal and external point of reference for all matters related to the consumer mobile app. /li liManage the budget and resources allocated to the development and maintenance of the app. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 pB.Sc. in Computer Science or a similar discipline /p pAt least 5–7 years of experience in managing complex programs, with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to the development and implementation of native iOS mobile applications or hybrid applications using the Flutter framework. /p pStrong optimization, debugging, and technical skills. /p pProficient in Flutter. /p pProficient in Swift, Objective‑C, Xcode, and Apple platform SDKs. /p pExtensive experience with REST APIs. /p pExperience working with the Git version control system, including branching and merging strategies. /p pStrong knowledge of unit testing and automated testing for iOS and hybrid platforms. /p pProven experience managing complex projects involving distributed teams and external vendors. /p pStrong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). /p pFamiliarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their development guidelines. /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
