/ppThe role's mission is to create Quality Management System and to maintain and improve the quality performance of our Logistic Hub by uimplementing control systems, managing non-conformities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement /u and operational excellence.
/ppstrongMain Activities Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongQuality Management Control /strong /pulliuMonitor and ensure compliance of all inbound and outbound logistics processes /u with EPTA's quality procedures and standards.
/liliSupervise product integrity checks (packaging, labeling, documentation) before shipment and upon receipt.
/liliuManage and analyze non-conformities related to transport, storage, and delivery /u; br / ensure proper documentation, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
/liliCoordinate uquality inspections and audits within the logistic hub /u, in collaboration with Group Quality.
/liliEnsure correct application of ISO standards (e.G., ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO*****) within the logistics processes.

/liliSupport digitalization and traceability projects (barcode scanning, WMS, KPI dashboards).
/liliParticipate in Lean / Kaizen initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and waste reduction.

/liliPrepare periodic reports and analysis for management review.
/liliSupport internal and external audits (customers, certification bodies).

/liliProvide training and guidance to warehouse staff on quality standards and procedures.
/liliCollaborate with carriers and external logistics partners to ensure quality and service level compliance.
