Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support planning and forecasting processes (volume, revenue, discounts, costs)
* Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management and planning meetings
* Conduct variance analyses, cost center reports, and benchmarking
* Develop and implement monitoring tools and reports to track margins and ROI
* Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making, including identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities
* Continuously optimise controlling processes and tools in close collaboration with the team
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management
Profile
* Degree in business administration or a related field
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbers
* Professional experience in controlling is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Interest in data analysis and enthusiasm for developing improvements
* Initiative and ability to work in a team
* Very good English, German and Italian language skills
