We are seeking a Back Office Servizi Generali_Nuove Aperture with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, for a company in the Province of Monza and Brianza, active in the construction sector.
The selected candidate, reporting to the Head of New Openings Italy and Abroad, will be responsible for:
1. Verifying timelines for new branch openings
2. Verifying and archiving lease agreements
3. Researching new suppliers
4. Verifying supplier contracts
5. Price analysis of suppliers
6. Checking project costs against the budget
7. Verifying invoices and SAL
8. Managing and paying PA bills
9. Requesting and managing utility connections
10. Issuing FOA
11. Managing branch requests and budget control
Qualifications:
* Diploma in Surveying (Geometra) or similar
* At least 3 years of experience in technical/administrative/back-office roles in companies, preferably in the construction sector
* Precision and organizational skills
* Good familiarity with Excel
