Job Description
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
1. Support other U.O. IT in the planning activities of IT projects, verifying their progress and guaranteeing first and second level assistance.
2. Carry out the necessary analysis (detailed analysis/impact analysis) and software development activities.
3. Understand business needs, evaluating technical solutions in line with the requirements.
4. Create technical/functional documentation intended for the development of the identified solutions.
What Makes You The Best Person For This Job
* Experience in troubleshooting of first and second level support.
* Experience in using Jira and Confluence tools.
* Previous experience in similar roles, preferably at Financial institutions and/or Fintech companies.
Qualifications Needed To Be Successful In This Role
* A degree (preferably in finance or related fields).
* At least 3 years of previous experience in similar positions.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Orientation to problem solving, effective communication, teamwork skills, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility under urgent deadlines.
* Ability to work well in a team.
