About us: We are multinational PCB company, operating for over fifty years in the international market, with our headquarters located in Castelfidardo (AN).\n\nA dynamic company, recognized as a market leader, always ready to embrace new challenges, and focused on delivering excellent products and services to our customers.\n\nAbout the role: We are currently looking for a Pricing & Insight Strategist.\n\nBusiness Priorities:\n\n• Successfully achieve pricing EBITDA targets\n\n• Monitor pricing performance in conjunction with Sales, Pricing, Finance, Procurement teams and recommend timely actions\n\n• Build a consolidated view of company positioning\n\n• Institutionalize new tools, processes and methodology\n\nProfessional Experience:\n\n• Quantitative academic background (i.e., Economics, Engineering, STEM, …)\n\n• Relevant experience as pricing specialist / business analyst / consultant\n\nSkills & Capabilities\n\n• Understanding of practices and principles of P&L; profitability and B2B pricing strategies and techniques\n\n• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (e.g., Excel) and industry-standard BI tools\n\n• Experience in analyzing large transactional data sets (different ERP systems) to identify pricing opportunities\n\n• Strong business acumen, ability to connect quantitative output with qualitative commercial and financial understanding\n\n• Attention to detail, independent working style and drive to highest quality output\n\n• Ability to manage multiple projects and to effectively prioritize streams\n\n• Profound ownership and accountability, self-starter, able to work through the organization to drive impact\n\n• Strong communication and influencing skills and stakeholder management capabilities\n\nResponsibilities\n\n• Review and analyze pricing performances for each plant\n\n• Develop data-driven pricing solutions, monitoring market/competitor trends and raw material price increase\n\n• Foster common language / pricing methods within the Group\n\n• Design and deploy pricing overview dashboards/ update processes\n\n• Interact with Finance, Pricing, Sales and Procurement team to synthesize pricing updates\n\n• Develop executive ready financial reporting and presentations\n\nLocation: Castelfidardo-Ancona (Italy) on-site with remote work flexibility;\n\nopportunity for international experience\n\nLanguages: English (must-have); Italian (must have)
