We are seeking a Fashion Design Project Lead to support our creative productions by researching, sourcing, and managing collaborations with fashion designers and artisans. This is more of an assistant / coordination role — ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and with an eye for fashion talent and creative alignment. Key Responsibilities Talent Research & Sourcing - Research and identify fashion designers (athleisure, swimwear, couture, accessories) aligned with our editorial and commercial projects - Evaluate portfolios, background, and fit for specific productions - Build and maintain a structured database of potential designers and creative collaborators Filtering & Coordination - Pre-screen designers based on creative fit, technical capabilities, and project needs - Coordinate introductions between selected designers and the Creative Director Project Assistance - Support the Creative Director in preparing briefs and background material for productions - Help track timelines, availability, and initial negotiations with chosen designers - Maintain clear communication with collaborators and ensure smooth handovers Who We’re Looking For - 1-2 years professional experience - Recent graduate or junior designer who _already produced samples or finished garments_ (not just moodboards). - Background in fashion, design management, or creative project coordination: - Excellent research and organizational skills - Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and editorial quality - Comfortable communicating with creative professionals worldwide - Fluent in written and spoken English (other European languages a plus) - Proactive, reliable, and detail-driven personality What We Offer - The opportunity to be part of narrative-driven fashion projects across Europe and internationally - A collaborative and flexible work environment (remote-first with occasional in-person meetings) - Direct exposure to the production process of editorials, publications, and cinematic shoots - Growth opportunities within a multidisciplinary creative ecosystem To Apply Please respond to this listing via Indeed and include: - Two short sentences on why you’d like to work with us. - A brief description of your past experience in research, coordination, or project management (fashion or creative industries preferred).
