Responsibilities
* Project planning and execution with all global interfaces according to time, cost and budget plans in order to reach the project goals
* According to authorization matrix the project execution manager is authorized to sign the PO and starts further order execution after receipt of techno-commercially clarified order
* Organises and manages internal KOM, initiates and supports order entry and documentation process at PMO India
* Starts process for procurement of material
* Generates monthly progress reports in customer's format in co-operation with the project co-ordinator
* Clarifies all open points with the customer (technical, commercial, contractual) in writing but also in external KOM if required
* Initiates delivery, customer specific packing list as well as customer specific (Pro-forma) invoice through PMO India team; Project management according to project management handbook. Support for FAT, follows up payment, discusses and negotiates LD
* PO change management, dealing with claims in alignment and with the support of sales ASM / KAM
* Establishes and drives a positive relationship in the project, keeps track of milestones and time lines
* Manages project module actively, including hour bookings checks calculation of margins; reporting
Profile
* Technical / Scientific diploma or Technical / Scientific bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience
* Language Skills: English (written and oral) B2 level as a minimum
* Having an aptitude for technical discussions and understanding of product features
* Interested in frequent interactions with customers, business partners and colleagues
* Written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements
* Instrumentation’s knowledge
* 2/3 years of experience in the same job position
