Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful implementation of ERP projects in close collaboration with your team —this includes conducting requirements analyses, facilitating workshops, and designing tailored solution concepts
- Manage sub-projects and support all phases of an ERP implementation
- Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and our R&D; experts
- Perform business process analyses for international clients, both within and outside the Würth Group
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance our customers’ operational efficiency
- Organize and conduct customer workshops throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and explore modern cloud and AI-based technologies
Requirements:
- Strong interest in consulting and business process optimization
- Professional experience in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms)
- Project management experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured, conceptual approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Team player with a high degree of customer orientation
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Strong IT affinity and technical understanding
- University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
- Fluency in German and English is required
