Join Us as an IT Expert – Support Our Digital Future We are looking for an IT Expert to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our digital transformation. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our management systems and driving our strategic transition into the GenAI era. In close collaboration with our cross-functional teams, you’ll support the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of our ERP system and its ecosystem. As an Digital Agent, you’ll be a key enabler of our technological evolution, helping shape the digital backbone of our operations. Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders during ERP project phases and integration activities Support company departments in the Digital transformation Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organization Your Skill Set Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 2–7 years of experience working in an IT Consulting firm will be considered a strong plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP platforms) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) Proficiency with Italian and English (B2 CEFR level or higher) Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Experience or knowledge of the mechanical/precision engineering industry will be considered a plus Ready to shape the future with us?
