Our diverse teams come from all over the world to design, test and build our dynamic fleet of robots, mechatronic systems and pack automation solutions. Current advancements are underway in autonomous movement and mobility, artificial intelligence and machine learning, manipulation, simulation, robotic management software, predictive analytics, and much more.Key Job Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional supply chain team dedicated to supplier and supply chain design, sourcing and logistics decisions, and supply chain execution for robotics products from concept, through development, to scaled deployment.Act as single point of contact for program resources to communicate Supply Chain decisions and progress, provide feedback on supply chain implications of program decisions and changes, and support financial planning and capital approvals for the program.Work with Robotics leadership to ensure partnership between Robotics Supply Chain, hardware engineering, operations and program teams on commodity and supplier selection, cost performance trade-off analysis, cost roadmap development and execution, and enabling rapid product development stages, delivering an effective path to scaled deployment.Define and approve product-level Supply Chain Strategy documents, including identification of critical components and suppliers, product cost roadmap to meet payback targets, definition of capacity plan and associated sourcing and tooling requirements, supply chain risk assessment & mitigation plans.Work with sourcing in developing negotiation strategies for categories that impact the product to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with strategic suppliers pertaining to Amazon Robotics products supporting the priority programs as driven by the Operating Plan (OP).Work with GCMs on managing overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, capacity planning, contracting, risk mitigation, and cost and quality improvements.Work with technical operations, engineering, and program teams on new product introduction programs to define standard and custom product requirements ensuring sourcing strategies meet the technical capabilities, cost, and business goals.Develop efficient and accurate mechanisms for communicating forecast and capacity requirements for sustaining and new products.Guide the purchasing and planning teams by monitoring supplier performance and addressing supply or quality issues.Align supplier strategies to Robotics goals for sustaining production and new product.Develop and execute global commodity strategies that align business requirements with supplier capabilities.Maintain monthly supplier scorecards and conduct quarterly executive business reviews.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experienceExperience influencing senior leaders/stakeholdersExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical fieldExperience directly working with engineering teamsExperience using Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of basic supply agreement construction and key contracting provisions/requirements2+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experienceExperience in supply chain, commodity, and supplier management in a high volume, global sourcing and operations manufacturing environment with a global supply base of contract manufacturers2+ years of direct experience in sourcing mechanical components, including Machined Parts, Stamped Parts, Plastic Parts, and/or Raw Materials
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/servicesExperience scaling a publisher monetization product or service

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
