Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel valued and appreciated.
* They will welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times, while maintaining a deep understanding of the client's needs and expectations.
* A key requirement of the role is to be a master storyteller, able to engage clients through compelling conversations and create a sense of personal connection.
Besides possessing excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate should have a strong commercial mindset, a willingness to evolve within the organization, and a desire to relocate (if necessary).
Furthermore, we are looking for candidates with strong competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer, and execution.
