On behalf of our client, a local and established audit firm with offices in Nicosia, GRS Recruitment looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience using the Quorum Software, dealing with the Registrar of Companies, and how to handle KYC. 1. Answer the phone for incoming Calls
2. Issue the daily invoices
3. Handle all administrative works with the Registrar of Companies and the Tax office.
4. Handle signing of contracts/ agreements / resolutions for various clients
5. Bind the audited f/s of the various clients
6. Filing docs of clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE
7. The candidate must have experience with QUORUM software
8. Know how to handle KYC for clients.
9. Know all work needed for the Registrar of Companies
10. Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience
11. Fluency in Greek and English
