YOUR ROLE /h3 ul liYou will lead and oversee all construction activities related to a major Oil Gas project for Mellitah, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project execution. /li liYou will act as the primary construction focal point between the Client, EPC Contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. /li liYou will ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations throughout the construction phase. /li liYou will support project delivery objectives by coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities and managing field execution risks. /li /ul h32. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liManage and supervise all construction activities across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. /li liEnsure construction execution is aligned with project schedules, milestones, budgets, and approved procedures. /li liCoordinate EPC Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to achieve project objectives. /li liMonitor construction progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective and recovery actions when required. /liliEnsure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all project activities. /li liReview construction methodologies, work packs, method statements, and execution plans. /li liManage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. /li liSupport site readiness, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities. /li liReview and validate construction reports, KPIs, productivity metrics, and progress measurements. /li liSupport contract administration, change management, claims evaluation, and variation order assessments. /li liEnsure proper management of construction documentation, punch lists, red-line markups, and as-built records. /li /ul h33. REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. /li liMinimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management within the Oil Gas industry. /li liProven experience managing large-scale EPC projects, both onshore and offshore. /li liStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, site execution, commissioning interfaces, and project controls. /liliDemonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams and international contractors. /li liExtensive knowledge of international standards and codes including API, ASME, ASTM, IEC, and relevant Oil Gas regulations. /li liStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience working directly with Operators, EPC Contractors, and PMC/PMS organizations. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h34. WHAT WE OFFER /h3 ul liThe compensation for this role ranges between b€50.000 and €85.000 /b. The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
