For our HR & Operations Department, we are looking for a talented _Junior HR Specialist_ who will have the opportunity to develop new skills and experience in all HR processes and activities, being at the same time the key interface for our local colleagues, their Line Managers and HQ Corporate HR Team. MAIN TASKS: - Managing the full cycle of Talent Acquisition process, onboarding and offboarding; - International mobility management, Expats onboarding, support and effective collaboration with the Global Mobility Team; - Efficient communication with employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes and policies, main organizational changes, etc.; - Managing the Learning & Development Plan and activities, identifying training and development needs, as well as competencies and leadership behaviours to promote and implement; - Effective internal collaboration with all local Functions and with HQ; - Participation in local system/process implementation for different HR related topics and projects; - Team Buildings and events organization, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion activities promotion and implementation; - Welfare and benefits introduction and management.
